5. IEPF Claim

The IEPF are the government body who hold all unclaimed shares in trust for you. Your account manager will file all necessary forms and documents in order for the shares and dividends to be transferred to you.

6. sale of shares

Once the shares are transferred to you, they will be held in your Demat account, ready to sell should you wish to. Our team includes highly experienced share brokers who will deal with the entire process on your behalf.

7. indian tax

Although there is no inheritance tax to pay on the proceeds from the sale of the shares, there could be a capital gains tax. Our accountants will prepare your tax return and declare this to the India Tax revenue on your behalf.
